Important information on COVID-19 for our British Council customers and partners.
Following recent directives from the Kenya Government in light of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), IELTS tests until further notice in Nairobi have been suspended. Affected test-takers will be eligible for a transfer or refund by contacting our centre via email.
However, the British Council staff will continue to perform duties that do not require contact with the public as a precautionary measure to protect our customers and partners.
